Each roast is approximatly 5lbs but we can get them larger or smaller if you would prefer. Please message us if you have any custom needs. 
Please select from the drop down menu if you would like your roast with bone in or boneless.
 
* PLEASE NOTE this is only the deposit for your Prime Rib purchase, final cost is based on the weight of the cut. When we get the final weight you will be contacted for the remainder of balance prior to shipping / Pick up. Total cost is $18 per pound picked up and $22 per pound shipped.
