Grass Fed Beef, Avg size of 10-15lbs.  
 
Whole Briskets will end up being between 14-20 pounds a piece. If you are looking for a specific weight please leave a comment in the customized field and we will do our best to accomodate. 
 
* PLEASE NOTE this is only the deposit for your Brisket.  Cost per pound is $15 and remainder (minus deposit) will be due at pick up or delivery.
